Hi, I’m Cindy!
I am a remote alcohol & drug abuse therapist serving residents of Florida & South Carolina. I work best with adults & teens.
For the past 15 years, I have been helping people learn skills to put into place to free themselves from addiction.
I help educate families & teach them how to be supportive to you in your recovery.
I am a DOT qualified SAP who conducts safety-sensitive SAP assessments & follow up services accepted by the DOT and other safety-sensitive employers.
I stay up to date with the latest DOT guidelines ensuring you remain compliant with regulations. I help you navigate the complexities of the DOT regulatory landscape providing you with peace of mind while minimizing the risk of you being non-compliant.

Drug & Alcohol Counseling
Is drug & alcohol use causing problems at home, work, in your relationships, finances and with your physical and mental health? Your friends & family members are worried about your substance use.
Substance abuse counseling will help you be able to learn coping skills to manage this illness until you are free & clear from these substances. Counseling helps you reduce or stop drinking, gain freedom & end the shame.
I specialize in helping people overcome addictions to Alcohol, Heroin, Cocaine, Meth, Kratom, Marijuana & prescription medications like Oxy, Xanax and Adderall.
There is no judgement here. I understand that sometimes you can’t just stop using some of these substances without assistance. I will work with your physician.
DOT-SAP & Substance Abuse Assessments
Had a positive test result or other type of safety sensitive violation where your CDL is restricted?
Has your employer notified you that you need to finish with a SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) to get back to work?
I assist clients with DOT SAP assessments & follow up during the entire Return to Duty (RTD) SAP process to get you back to work quickly as appropriate. I can assist with DOT’s modes of transportation including FMCSA, FAA, FTA, FRA, USCG & PMHSA.
I will handle the entire SAP process from start to finish, including assessment, referral, follow up testing plan and documentation. The streamlined approach saves you time and effort allowing you to Return to Duty quicker.
I have a proven track record of successfully managing substance abuse cases & ensuring compliance with DOT guidelines.
Also I can assist with assessments for Court Ordered or those attempting to get a Florida Driver’s License but had an out of state DUI.
Court, Probation or DCF involved due to substance abuse, I can provide assessments to submit to these agencies.
